Sanibel Homes and Condos MLS
Sanibel is famous for gulf and bayside homes and condos, but there is so much more. Choose from stilt homes, secluded estates, mid-rise condos, and beach cottages. The casual tourist will miss the small enclaves of 15 to 20 homes nestled on secluded streets, small subdivisions set apart from traffic, and golf course communities.
Sanibel condo prices start at $250k for a one-bedroom studio condo with no amenities, and $450k for a two-bedroom/two-bath unit covering 1200 square feet. The famous Sundial Resort Condos are about $750k for a one bedroom design covering 800 sq.ft., or $850k for a two bedroom unit at 1500 sq. ft.
Luxury condos at Gulf Side Place start at $1.1M for 1,800 sq.ft. plans with two bedrooms, two baths, and a den. A three bedroom, two bath corner unit at The Atrium is exquisitely furnished and offered at $1.475M.
Depending on location and amenities, single family waterfront homes are generally priced between $600k and $2.7M — the median price here is $815k. Styles vary from modest 1970's ranchers to multi-level homes with grand porches, decks and boat lifts.
Sanibel Golf Real Estate
Sanibel golf course communities are spectacular, featuring a wide variety of elegant tropical homes surrounding the fairways. Tile roofs, elevated staircase entries, three car garages, and gorgeous landscaping are just some of the amenities for these listings, priced in the $850k range.
There are three 18 hole championship golf courses on the island, two of which (The Dunes and The Beachview Golf and Country Club) are open to the public and offer PBA/USTA pros to help improve your golf swing. The Sanctuary Golf Club is private, although you do not need to be a resident of the Sanctuary community to have a membership.
